In true holiday spirit, the streets of Chinatown will be taken over by the annual Moonfest with a dynamic programme of exciting performances and street activities. Organised by the London Chinatown Chinese Association (LCCA), Moonfest UK promises a true Chinese Mid-Autumn experience with a whole host of different activities, from music to dance.

This is the perfect opportunity for family and friends to spend time together and celebrate the full moon – a symbol of harmony and unity.

Celebrations will begin from 1pm onwards at Newport Court, Chinatown, so you have plenty of time to yum cha beforehand! See our 1 minute guide to Chinatown’s restaurants here.

While you’re in Chinatown, don’t forget we have a mooncake giveaway happening on the same day!

N.B. The programme is subject to change at short notice. For more information and the latest updates, please visit the LCCA website.

As always, we love seeing your photos! Don’t forget to share your fantastic memories of Moonfest with by tagging us @ChinatownLondon.
