Chinatown dessert parlour and Bubble Waffle experts, Bubblewrap, have created a limited edition Easter combo, “Binky the Bunny” Easter treat. “Binky the Bunny” consists of a bubble waffle wrap filled with a stracciatella gelato, topped with a chocolate crunch, and finished off with an adorable chocolate bunny. Sakura Spring Sweet Treats, Tsujiri
Matcha specialists, Tsujiri, have released a brand new range of spring-inspired menu items to enjoy throughout the upcoming blossom season.
Matcha Sakura Latte – a limited edition spring twist on Tsujuri’s OG Matcha Iced Latte, this refreshing drink consists of Vegan cherry blossom milk topped off with premium matcha.
Sakura Parfait – a cherry blossom parfait consisting of three layers. As you dig in you will first be met with a yuzu jelly infused with sakura, before unveiling a creamy milk pudding, and then the base, which is a matcha warabi mochi that has a joyous jelly-like texture.
Sakura Soft Serve – a soft ice cream developed out of sakura – otherwise known as cherry blossom – that has a welcoming sweet flavour with a touch of the fragrance of the flower.
Sakura Yuzu Mousse Cake – a sweet and floral mousse cake topped with jelly infused Sakura – with an added touch of sharpness from the Japanese yuzu fruit.
