Salivating for BBQ Wagyu beef and Iberico pork? Us too! It’s coming soon to Chinatown thanks to new Korean barbecue restaurant, Olle.
Hands up who loves Korean BBQ! Chinatown is soon to welcome Olle, a swish new joint serving up the finest cuts of meat alongside traditional Korean BBQ and stew dishes. Expect high-quality Japanese and American wagyu beef, Iberico pork and sumptuous seafood.
The new restaurant located at 86-88 Shaftesbury Avenue is the brainchild of Charles Seo, founder of Kyoto Soho promises to be an interactive affair. Olle will feature banqueting style communal tables with inbuilt barbecue grills and pits for diners to DIY their own dinner.
“Chinatown London’s draw as a world-class food destination makes it the ideal place for us to launch our new concept” explains Seo. “Our menu, devised by Korean Head chefs, will offer a truly authentic Korean food in a contemporary setting, adding a modern touch to the traditional Korean cuisine experience.”
Aside from suitably spectacular meats, you will be dining in rather cool environs thanks to the Jiwon Lee-designed interior. With jade green walls and cool-retro style furniture, Olle will fast become Chinatown’s coolest dining destination.
