Singles Day Postcard Campaign – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the entire Singles Day Postcard Campaign (the “Campaign”) and the use of the Singles Day Postcard. Any participation in the Campaign or use of the Singles Day Postcard will be treated as acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms set out the terms of the agreement between Shaftesbury Chinatown PLC, Shaftesbury Carnaby PLC, Shaftesbury Covent Garden Limited and Shaftesbury Soho Limited (together, “Shaftesbury”), the participating retailers and restaurants and holders of the Singles Day Postcard. Shaftesbury reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.

1. The Singles Day Postcard is free of charge. All participants of the Campaign must be aged 18 years or over.
2. The Singles Day Postcard is only valid in Chinatown London, Carnaby, Seven Dials and Soho branches of participating retailers and restaurants. Details of participating retailers and restaurants can be found on the Chinatown London website (chinatown.co.uk). The list of participants is subject to change from time to time, without notice. Please check below, under ‘Individual Offers and Terms and Conditions’, for the current list of participants. The Postcard is valid from 10^th November 2019, please check below under ‘Individual Offers and Terms and Conditions’, for the last day the Postcard will be valid in each participating retailer and restaurant. 
3. Holders of the Singles Day Postcard may receive from 10% off the full purchase price in participating retailers (and any other benefits as notified to the holders  from time to time) on showing their Singles Day Postcard at the point of purchase.
4. The Singles Day Postcard must be presented at the time of purchase and may only be used for in-store purchases. The Singles Day Postcard cannot be used for online purchases and it has no cash value. 
5. The Singles Day Postcard can only be used on full priced merchandise and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or card schemes.
6. The Singles Day Postcard remains the property of Shaftesbury at all times and Shaftesbury reserves the right to end the Campaign at any time and for any reason. In this event, Shaftesbury will confirm the last date for use of the Singles Day Postcard on chinatown.co.uk.
7. The Singles Day Postcard cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.

9. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
