Darjeeling Express

Cooked with patience and love, the food at Darjeeling Express is a homage to the matriarchs in home kitchens everywhere, the feminine force that held a family together through food. Its founder, Asma Khan, draws on her upbringing, with a menu is inspired by the Indian tradition that food was first medicinal, meant to heal, nourish and replenish, with spices used to enhance a person's health and wellbeing.

Diners are welcomed into an all-female kitchen, known for being a safe space for women. The Michelin Guide calls it "the definition of honest, traditional Indian food".
